Plants lost most of their nutrients, vitamins and minerals when you cook them or process them above 130 degrees. Too much fats in the body leads to obesity which gives birth to further unfavorable bodily conditions. Having them taken with more fruits and vegetables can be of great help to boost health plus of course getting the right diet and exercise. Much intake of fats is acid forming so it needs alkaline to give a balance where in you can get them from fruits and veggies.
Fats come in forms and they are labeled as the good fats and the bad fats. Good fats include mono-saturated fats found in avocados, olives and almond, Omega-3 fatty acids in flaxseeds and walnuts. They are real good food for a healthy heart. Some good fats also include polyunsaturated form like the ones you get in seeds: flaxseed, sesame, walnuts, hemp sunflower and more. When you eat them raw and natural, enzymes are still intact ready to empower anti-oxidation in cells and so is detoxified ready again for regeneration.
Bad fats are usually called trans-fats, saturated animal fats and refined polyunsaturated fats. All of these can be found in any processed food like animals. Fats lost its nutrients when cooked or processed. Rethink which one is then more beneficial to you.
